- 22 years as a federal employee. Led Human Resource Management career fields, garnering accolades for a multitude of breakthrough policies, programs and electronic tools.
- Degrees in Instructor of Technology, Business Administration, and Business Organizational Management and special certifications as an Occupational Instructor and Master Technical Instructor provide a unique blend of expertise.

Outside North Pole, Alaska, Quality Inventing Futures (QIF) was established in 1995 as means to help small businesses to either start-up on the right foot, with deliberate purpose, planning, process-protocols and people focused on customer defined quality products and services; or to repair existing businesses who found themselves fighting for survival
